Rather than cancelling, would you like to suspend your account or discuss your circumstances with one of our team members instead? If you do decide to suspend your account all your work will be saved but not activated. You can suspend your account for up to 6 months.

Pausing your account is a good will gesture as we understand circumstances may arise that need to take you away from your business. You can request to pause your account once only during the lifetime of your subscription for a period of up to 6 months.

Please note:

Once paused, you won't be able to login to your account until it is re-activated and your website pages, courses offers etc., will not be available to your clients or the public.

Don't click next as you don't need to continue submitting the Cancellation form.

Please note email, sms & advanced automation features/AI rebilling is charged separately to your monthly subscription and is charged retrospectively. We will reconcile these additional charges and may need to send you an invoice to finalize these charges.

By signing below you acknowledge that actual usage charges for these services may also be due and agree to pay any outstanding balance in full.

To check the usage charges please go to Settings ->> Company Billing ->> Credits Section ->> See Transactions, this will show you the usage to date this month. This is the amount that will be invoiced separately on cancellation.

Any unused credit is NON Refundable.
